When booking online, please allow up to 48 hours to receive confirmation from our office.

For “last-minute” bookings which require an earlier confirmation, please telephone us directly during Office hours which are as follows: - 7:30am to 6:30pm Mondays to Fridays and 8:00am to 5:00pm Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays (excluding Christmas Day). Bookings can ONLY be made during these hours.

Please Note: - Leaving a message on the answering service requesting a transfer outside of these Office hours, is not a valid booking.

Booking Fees
Online Bookings: $1 per booking (best value)
Phone Bookings: $3 per booking
On-The-Bus Bookings: $5 per booking

Passengers are advised to carefully check ALL details prior to submitting their form to ensure completeness and correctness of the information being provided.  The customer accepts full responsibility for the supply of details regarding their bookings.

We request that passengers provide ALL details related to luggage handling at the time of their booking. The reason for this is because the information supplied is critical to the logistical operation of our buses and will determine if we need to organise a trailer to further assist us in getting passengers (and their items) to their destination, both safely and comfortably.

We require approximately 48 hours booking notice prior to pick up, for passengers traveling with a family pet either to or from the airport or other destinations.  Shuttle bus companies are obligated by law to notify the other passengers traveling on the the bus, that an animal will be present so that we can accommodate their needs if they do not wish to travel on the same service (some people have allergies to dogs, cats, etc).  All animals traveling with passengers are to be contained in an airport-approved pet carrier at all times.

How to request a Transfer:

There are 3 steps to completing a Transfer Request:
  1. Entering the details of your Intitial Transfer
  2. Entering the details of your Return Transfer (optional)
  3. Paying for your Transfers

Please note that your request will only be sent to us after you have completed all of these steps.
